Building an All-In-One ChildCare Software From the Ground Up

As the founding Product Designer at Sandbox Childcare Software, I built the entire product from the ground up — designing a full suite of tools including a CRM, payment processing, check-in kiosks, and a Teacher-to-Parent app, all shaped by nearly 100 school visits and interviews across North America. The work helped scale the platform from 20 to 1,200 schools in two years and ultimately led to the company being acquired by Procare Solutions — the largest childcare software provider in North America — for over $10 million in 2020.
